Foundation Pilot terms

Terms and pilot expectations

These terms are a legal-review draft for RRCC public surfaces. They are not final counsel-reviewed commercial terms and do not replace documented pilot expectations and the required acknowledgment before launch.

What RRCC is

RRCC helps the owner or operator decide what to do next before a lead goes cold. It is not a promise of revenue, booking, or compliance outcome, and it does not replace operator decisions.

Pilot access

  • Billing status alone does not hide saved records or inbound review. RRCC may separately change, limit, pause, or end pilot access under these terms.
  • Some surfaces are draft-only, record-only, or not enabled yet.
  • Any production deployment, provider write, billing change, or live send requires approval.

Foundation Pilot terms

RRCC is currently offered as a no-charge foundation pilot. No card is required. RRCC will not charge you or automatically convert your account to a paid plan without separate notice and your explicit agreement. Production paid plans and Checkout are not currently available. Saved records and inbound review remain available under the current pilot policy.

Operator responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the accuracy of business, lead, consent, and customer data you provide.
  • You decide whether to call, email, text, or otherwise follow up with a lead.
  • You are responsible for following laws and platform rules that apply to your customer contact.
  • You must not upload secrets, raw provider payloads, or unnecessary sensitive information.

Safety boundaries

  • AI runtime is disabled in the current product. RRCC does not make or execute customer-contact decisions.
  • Outbound messaging remains locked unless a future approval-gated phase enables it.
  • Twilio and other provider foundations may be record-only/safe form only.
  • Unsupported automation, billing, integration, or compliance claims are not part of this pilot.
