AI policy
RRCC may use AI-assisted surfaces in future phases to help draft owner-facing context. AI is assistance/draft-only, not autopilot.
This public trust/legal work does not enable OpenAI, website AI, in-app AI, provider writes, outbound messaging, production access, or database writes.
Human decision boundary
- RRCC is built to help the owner or operator decide what to do next before a lead goes cold.
- AI-assisted output, where present, is draft context for human review.
- The operator decides what to do, what to say, and whether to contact a lead.
- RRCC must not present AI output as legal, compliance, financial, or professional advice.
Allowed AI posture
- Draft-only summaries, scripts, classifications, or next-action context.
- Clear labels when content is a suggestion or requires review.
- No raw provider payload or secret exposure in prompts, reports, or public pages.
- No customer-facing send without explicit human approval and future phase gates.
Blocked AI posture
- No autonomous customer contact.
- No hidden live runtime on public trust/legal pages.
- No credential handling, billing changes, DNS changes, auth changes, or provider writes.
- No guarantee that a suggestion will recover revenue, book work, or satisfy compliance rules.
