How it works

From missed call to measured recovery.

RRCC records and organizes. A person on your team decides what happens next. Every time.

  1. Missed

A call or form comes in — nobody could answer

“Furnace out, no heat” · 2:14 PM
  2. Recorded

RRCC captures the record and ranks it

Enters the review queue — record-only
  3. Human decision

    Reviewed

An owner or admin reviews what arrived

Nothing sends, calls, or contacts anyone
  4. Logged

Your team logs the outcome, whatever it was

    Booked, no answer, or declined
  5. Measured

    Recovered revenue becomes measurable

    Counted only from logged results

Four steps. No software skills needed.

Capture

Missed calls, inbound messages, and forms can be reviewed in one place.

Rank

Urgent opportunities rise to the top with a reason your team can understand.

Act

Your team sees who needs attention next and chooses the human response.

Recover

Log what happened and measure only the revenue your team actually recovered.

Built around real trade workflows.

Example scenarios

No-heat call

What arrived:
a missed call during a rooftop job — “furnace out, no heat.”
Why it matters:
no-heat customers often keep calling until somebody answers.
What RRCC shows:
the lead near the top of the queue, marked urgent, with the available caller details.
What your team does:
handles the callback outside RRCC, then logs the outcome.

Water-heater leak

What arrived:
a website form at 9 PM — “water heater leaking into garage.”
Why it matters:
after-hours leads are easy to miss by morning.
What RRCC shows:
the form on the same review board, ranked for morning attention.
What your team does:
reviews it at the start of the day and records what happened.

Storm-damage inquiry

What arrived:
several calls in one afternoon after a hailstorm.
Why it matters:
surge days are when work can disappear unnoticed.
What RRCC shows:
the records together on one list, ordered by urgency.
What your team does:
works from the clearest next action and logs each result.

Questions owners actually ask.

Does RRCC contact my customers?

No. Outbound is locked during the pilot. People on your team choose and perform every customer-facing action.

What counts as “recovered”?

A recovery is booked only when your team records the outcome. Confirmed job values and planning estimates are labeled separately.

What if I cancel?

There is no paid plan to cancel during the current foundation pilot. RRCC will give separate notice and ask for your explicit agreement before any future paid plan. Saved records and inbound review remain available under the current pilot policy.

Do I have to connect a provider to get started?

No. Basic company setup and the record-only board come first. Provider setup is a separate, owner-controlled step.

The next missed call doesn't have to cost you the job.

Invite-only pilot for trade companies that want a clearer recovery process.
