RRCC is record-only first. Current surfaces may help an owner/operator review missed-lead context, but customer-facing SMS remains locked until a future approval-gated phase.
Program basics
- RRCC is intended to support business follow-up workflows for missed lead recovery.
- Any future SMS program must identify the sending business and the purpose of messages.
- Message frequency, charges, carrier support, and eligibility require counsel and provider review.
- This page does not claim A2P approval, carrier approval, or production sending readiness.
STOP and HELP expectations
- Any future SMS program must honor STOP, CANCEL, END, UNSUBSCRIBE, and similar opt-out requests.
- Any future SMS program must provide a HELP path with support contact information.
- Opt-out and help handling must be tested before any customer-facing send is enabled.
- RRCC does not currently auto-send replies, confirmations, marketing texts, or support texts.
Consent and quiet hours
- The participating business is responsible for consent and customer-contact authority.
- Do-not-contact, opt-out, and quiet-hours checks must block or defer sends when required.
- Manual operator review remains required for customer contact decisions.
- RRCC must not be used to bypass applicable laws, carrier rules, or platform policies.
Locked outbound posture
- Outbound SMS, email, calls, and provider writes remain disabled in current public surfaces.
- Future sending requires owner approval, provider readiness, A2P/legal review, and audit evidence.
- No revenue, booking, compliance, delivery, or response outcome is promised by this draft.
Record-only pilot review links
- Provider readiness explains gateway, kill switch, live inbound, Sentry, legal/A2P, and outbound gates.
- Saved setup evidence does not approve SMS sending.
- Approvals and audit trail are record gates only; neither unlocks SMS sending.
- Compliance support and privacy notice remain legal-review drafts.
