RRCC tells the owner or operator what to do next before a lead goes cold. The pilot is intentionally guarded while trust, legal, messaging, and AI policy surfaces are reviewed.
RRCC is invite-only. Outbound email, SMS, and calls remain locked unless a future approval-gated phase explicitly enables them.
